A. By telephone or
preferably by email. |

All items in our
catalog are labeled.
Pick the label number and/or name and paste it in your email to one of these
2 addresses (which are in the bottom of the web page.) Do not forget your
mailing address when ordering by email. |

Q. Do I have to pay
before receiving the order? |
| A. Do not
need to. Wait until you receive the order. There is shipping cost which is
unknown before sending the order depending on the weight and destination
postal code. Once the order is received, we send you an
electronic detailed invoice (pdf format) including (shipping, discount when
applies, etc...). After following that procedure, you can send us your check
as described in the invoice. |

Q. After ordering, how
much time should I wait before receiving my order? |
| A.
Depending on your location. Usually for Canada it is 2-4 business days, for
USA it is 5-7 business days, and for overseas it is 7-10 business days and
sometimes more. |
| For less
shipping charges we deal with Canada Post sending most parcels accelerated
with a tracking number to track online via www.canadapost.ca. |

Q. In case the book
(or CD) is not in the catalog. How can I get it? |
| A.
In that case send us an email concerning that particular book (Arabic, or
English, or else...) then we make our contacts with our bookstore partners
and try to bring it on request. This procedure will take some extra time or
the customer will wait for back order to avoid bringing the request by fast
courier from overseas. |
